Netheryett cottage and caravan is situated in a beautifull location overlooking the river Urr. It enjoys outstanding scenery and overlooks the ancient Motte of Urr, offering an enjoyable walk to the top which is highly recommended.

Netheryett Cottage has one bedroom with en-suite shower , kitchen with all modern facilities and a lovely lounge looking down to the river .It is heated with Dimplex heaters which makes it nice and cosy if it turns chilly.  There is ample parking and a lock up shed to put Bikes and Fishing equipment in. Also there  is a courtyard  where you can sit out and catch the sun .

We also have 22 acres and nearly a mile of salmon and trout fishing to enjoy yourselves ,There are 2 permits with the cottage, and 2 with the caravan and these are inclusive in the price for accomodation. 

Netheryett Caravan has three bedrooms and has all modern conveniences ie fridge, cooker, television, and microwave. This  accomodation will suit couples and families.

PLEASE NOTE THE COTTAGE HAS TWO PERMITS,  AND  THE CARAVAN  HAS TWO PERMITS TO FISH THE RIVER URR .
